On behalf of over 200 children’s hospitals, Children’s Hospital Association sent a letter to congressional leaders highlighting the fall priorities that are critical for children’s health care across the nation.
The letter outlines four urgent needs for children's hospitals and how Congress can best support our nation’s children by:
- Bolstering support for the pediatric workforce.
- Making investments to address the children’s mental health emergency.
- Prevent Medicaid Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) cuts.
- Pass the bipartisan Accelerating Kids Access to Care Act.
