Based on the results of a survey commissioned by Children's Hospital Association, attracting and retaining employees from these generations will require children's hospitals to think creatively.

The Center for Generational Kinetics conducted the study, with a goal of uncovering key insights, behaviors, perspectives, challenges, and opportunities facing children’s hospitals from the perspective of today’s emerging workforce.
